The true terrors of the Halloween season

In the spirit of Halloween, let’s kick some fear in the air. Some may consider the holiday a playful environment meant to scare the likes of little children. It would be a shame, however, if only children got scared during this season. The likes of this world are that of adults afterall, and what better thing to discuss than the happenings of our very own reality. There are many things going on in our world that it seems no one is talking about; things that are quite interesting indeed.

May it be that the subjects are willingly being avoided by the masses, or that many are simply ignorant to any facts later stated, it feels like there is a shadow on the horizon. It feels as if the nights are getting darker ever since the start of this year, yet it seems as if the pace of the things are increasing as we near the end of the year. Aspects of odd circumstances and events happening across the globe and the country, or things laying outside the bounds of this world seem to be occurring all around us, yet we start no dialogue about it.

I personally find myself ignoring most things in mainstream media and society. When it’s compared to the things that happen that no one talks about, it just seems insignificant to me. After keeping myself isolated from several things revolving around nothing but drama. Sometimes to simply just observe my surroundings and the world around me, several things catch my eye. The things that were always in conversations, and those that seemed to always be glossed over despite having far greater impacts.

A few statements in the rest of the article to follow may ruffle some feathers, I believe that much in the mainstream media is simply distractions to keep focus away from things that the ones up above do not want us keeping our attention on, however they cannot hide it entirely. Many social issues that are discussed keep us away from things that should be focused on instead. Things such as “Black Lives Matter” (BLM) and the LGBTQ movements seem to pale in the presence of things like aliens literally being proven to exist.

Verified aircraft that surpass the most modern of military technologies should be more important than something like defining a woman. Confirmed civilized and technologically superior life has been proven yet most things in our mainstream media would rather cover the latest shootings in the black community at the hands of some random white police officer.

Media is the control of outputting information, and therefore controls what the public is allowed to see for those not wanting to do their own research. Let’s keep in mind that such agencies are for-profit. I remember watching Comedy Central and a comedian was talking about conspiracies. He stated that as a father, he finds himself lying to his son and follows that up with even if you don’t believe in a conspiracy or two that’s understandable yet believing that the government is telling us the whole truth is a strong stance to take in. The country is screaming about fake news and false information, yet when they discuss what news is fake they don’t look at what news is not discussed. It is most imperative to search for the hidden rather than the truth, and when the hidden is revealed the truth is absolute.

Additionally, the true economic state of this country seems to be unspoken of. We all know that money is tight for everyone and it is most peoples’ worries. Yet, it is not discussed too much in comparison to things like politics over social matters. Will reparations for blacks over slavery, or perhaps if misgendering is a form of violence, or even stalking the events of celebrities, seem to be more important to us as a people. It could be that it’s just not shown to us in the media mostly, but then the question becomes why.

Many talk about the atrocities in other countries and wanting to give aid, while simultaneously ignoring the travesties of our own people and rejecting them help when needed. We would rather discuss the wars going on in and with other countries, and at the same time, seem to not give the one we are at much mind. Granted, our war isn’t fought with bombs and bullets, but in this world of technology that seems to be growing faster than most can grasp. An economic war is what has waged upon us. Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa (BRICS) is an interesting economic powerhouse that challenges the United States to what one can call a duel of wallets in the global scheme. During America’s greatest economic drop since the 1920s, this strategic move has been made, and the timing is quite intriguing.

If one turns their eyes closer to home they might realize what legislation has been passed on an economic level, if other laws of less importance were put on the back burner. Ideologies of the left and the right tearing much of the county to shreds when the only discussion that matters is the rich and the poor. If you follow the patterns of the money you’ll draw a similar conclusion to me, but that is your own spooky scavenger hunt to go out on.

Are we together or are we alone is a question we who watch the horizon ask ourselves as the shadow of suspense grows bigger. So many things have happened and so much is happening that it feels almost as if something is building, and it feels its speed is intensifying. The air feels different this Halloween, more stagnant and devoid. This All-Hallows-Eve there is a chill in the air that creeps up the spines of many adults to remind them that terror is not only for children. There are cold months to come and I’m curious what they will bring behind the scenes. Are you alone or not is a question you’ll have to answer by your own means.
